We stock two of Le Creuset’s excellent ranges. The 3-ply range of pans is suitable for all heat sources, including induction. The pans use high grade stainless steel and an aluminium core that spreads the heat evenly, eliminating hotspots. The cast iron range is the “traditional” Le Creuset, which is also suitable for all heat sources, including induction. They come in jewel-bright colours and are perfect for simmering, stewing and braising so there’s little wonder these pans are a firm favourite.
