    Testimonials from our customers

Well done on your excellent customer service.

    “Hi Matthew

I would just like to say thank you for your prompt and efficient response, it is so refreshing as so often retailers just don't bother to reply.

Well done on your excellent customer service.

    Thanks again

    Exceptional service

“I have just got to sing the praises of this wonderful company. I recently purchased some curtain fabric but was unsure as to the amounts. An angel in human form called Sally helped me through this process even down to cutting the required lengths. Sadly, these days, service like this is a thing of the past when it now seems to be the norm to expect (and get) a second rate service from a company. Whenever I rang there was always a friendly voice on the other end of the telephone and the prompt delivery of the fabric was also very much appreciated. Many thanks for restoring my faith as a disillusioned customer!”

The quality and fitting was excellent

We had our entire bungalow fitted with blinds and curtains. The quality and fitting was excellent and the service first class. Highly recommended .

    Outstanding!

“I ordered some curtain fabric and didn't realise at that time that it had a reverse pattern. A very helpful and knowledgeable young man rang me to talk this through with me and then said that he would cut the fabric so that the reverse pattern run was correct. I received my fabric this morning, beautifully and impeccably wrapped and, as promised, duly cut into the two lengths and each piece labelled to tell me which way to sew and hang them to keep the pattern right. Thank you very much to that young man, whose name, unfortunately, I don't know, but who is a credit to Gordon Smith. I shall certainly be using this website again and recommending it to others.”
