    Testimonials from our customers

    Very Very Pleased

“Living in Hertfordshire and having had a quote from John Lewis, found Gordon Smith via my chosen curtain material.
I was so impressed with the lady I spoke to on the phone to get a comparison, they were cheaper than John Lewis with all hand finishing.
I did find a cheaper company but decided to go with Gordon Smith having looked at their feedback.
I spent a lot of money on my curtains and blind and all measurements were over the phone but. ---- I am so pleased with the results (yes I was a little apprehensive) but I just wished they lived nearer.
Highly recommend Using Gordon Smith, fabulous service, fabulous end results. Yes I paid for the service but very very pleased.

THanks to all the members that I had contact with”

    “Dear Gordon Smith at Malvern
I had some full length curtains and a valance made up by you recently in Chess Designs Flora Natural. I would just like to report how very well made they are and hang beautifully without any adjustment as they were gathered to the exact size.
Many thanks from a very pleased customer.

    Outstanding!

“I ordered some curtain fabric and didn't realise at that time that it had a reverse pattern. A very helpful and knowledgeable young man rang me to talk this through with me and then said that he would cut the fabric so that the reverse pattern run was correct. I received my fabric this morning, beautifully and impeccably wrapped and, as promised, duly cut into the two lengths and each piece labelled to tell me which way to sew and hang them to keep the pattern right. Thank you very much to that young man, whose name, unfortunately, I don't know, but who is a credit to Gordon Smith. I shall certainly be using this website again and recommending it to others.”
