Returns Policy

We want you to be pleased with your purchase and take every care in ensuring that it arrives to you in perfect condition.

We offer a 14 day money back guarantee on most purchases. However, we are unable to accept returns of the following products due to hygiene regulations:

  • Duvets and Pillows
  • Mattress and Pillow Protectors
  • Mattress Toppers

We will only refund these items if faulty.

Cut Length and Made to Measure Fabrics cannot be refunded unless faulty due to these items having been cut to your own specifications. Therefore, we strongly advise that you request a sample to ensure the colour is suitable, as shades can also be affected by your computer settings.

It is inadvisable to book your decorator until your wallpaper has been delivered as we cannot be held responsible for cancelled decorator fees. Return of wallpaper is not possible if under 5 rolls. When ordering fabric & wallpaper to match it is advisable to obtain a sample of both to unsure you are happy with the colour match. Co-ordinating bedlinen is designed to compliment rather than exactly colour match fabric & wallpaper.

If you are unsure about how much fabric you require, you are welcome to email your questions to our experienced team at Gordon Smith who will be happy to help you. Please remember to allow for pattern match, hems and headings as we cannot be responsible for inaccurate calculations.

At your cost, unsuitable goods may be returned to us within 14 days in the original packaging, unused and in a resalable condition. Full refunds will not be given if goods do not meet these criteria, and 50% of the cost may be deducted. Please obtain a receipt of proof of postage when sending.

Please notify us within 3 days by email if goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit. Claims beyond 3 days will not be considered. Photographic evidence may also be required.

In the event of damaged or faulty goods, we will of course replace the items free of charge. If our offer of a replacement is declined, we will refund the cost of the purchase on its return. The cost of the return carriage will be your responsibility.
